Location Description
The villa is 10 minutes from Disney and 25 Minutes from Universal and Legoland. The nearest golf courses are Highland Reserve, Champions Gate and Southern Dunes, all approximately 5 miles away. There are many shops and restaurants locally incl Wendys, Bob Evans and a 24hr Dennys.

Nearest Motorway : I-4 Junction 55 at 1 Miles
Nearest Golf : Southern Dunes resort at 5 Miles

Living Area
The living room looks out onto the pool and Lanai area.
There is a 50" surround sound TV with cable and DVD player. There is a subtle disney theme in the room to accommodate Disney fans but not too much for those that are not.
Kitchen
The kitchen is huge. It accommodates a dishwasher, large fridge freezer with internal ice machine, food grinder, cooker, radio, microwave, coffee machine and all utensils required in a standard kitchen. It also homes the breakfast table which seats 4. The crockery and cutlery also accommodates small children
Dining Area
The dining area seats 6 comfortably, with the 4 seats in the kitchen, our villa can seat up to 10 people for dining
There is also a high chair,travel cot for little ones and 2 x strollers all included in the villa
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 - The master bedroom is a large room with cable TV and a large ensuite. The ensuite comprises of a double shower, garden tub (corner bath), twin basins and toilet as well as a large walk in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 - The double room has a double room, wardrobe, cable Tv, internet access and ensuite shower room. This comprises of large walk in double shower, basin and toilet
Bedroom 3 & 4 - These are both twin rooms which can be dressed with plain or Disney themes. They both have cable TV and share a bathroom which has bath with shower, basin and toilet all set in a beautiful nautical scene
Games Room
Our games room consists of a 7' Pool Table, 6' Air Hockey Table, Table Football, Electronic Darts Board, TV and Playstation 2 console with games, 2 x bean bags
Pool Deck Area
Our pool is 5ft deep on end and 3ft deep the other. It has optional heating and also has lighting so that you may swim at night.
The Lanai area has lighting, 2 loungers, 4 chairs with covers and 4 more additional chairs without covers. There are 3 alarmed doors out to the pool to prevent little ones from wandering out onto the lanai unattended.
In the pool cupboard we have many towels for use when swimming as well as a childs bouyancy aid and pool toys for your enjoyment
Amenities
The Interstate markers are mile markers so we are 1 mile from junction 55 on I-4, the nearest Disney exit is junc 62, which is 7 miles on from junc 55, showing that we are only 8 miles from Disney.
Many villas advertising that they are off Junction 58 (Champions Gate) are actually 4 or 5 miles away from I-4 junc 58, meaning we are closer to Disney than many other villas

Other Rental Charges Information
We accept payment by cash, cheque or credit card. If payment is made by credit card, a 4% charge will be added to the total to cover the 4% charge made to us by the credit card companies
We accept payment in UK stirling and US Dollars, at current day exchange rate
£100 non refundable deposit, per week booked, is required with booking.
FInal balance is due no later than 8 weeks before departure date.
Pool heat is extra at £90 ($145) per week (Oct - May)
If your stay is less than 1 week a cleaning fee of £60 is required
All taxes are included in villa rental costs
Earliest check-in is 4pm and latest check-out is 10am. If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, please advise us upon booking, thank you
