Indian Ridge is a very well established resort-style community that is situated just 5 minutes away from Disney, the attractions, and all kinds of shops and restaurants.

The Indian Ridge community is located off SR-545 - approximately 4 miles from the Disney theme parks. With lots of extra amenities and features such as community pool, tennis courts, volleyball courts, shuffleboard, basketball, soccer field and playground for the kids plus hiking trails throughout the scenic subdivision. It is one of the most popular destinations for families visiting Orlando, Kissimmee and Florida.

Living Area
As you enter the house, you immediately feel the warmth of the home, it welcomes you with large sofas, laminate flooring in a living room that overlooks the pool and jacuzzi area. There is a 42" flat screen Tv with surround sound and a full cable package.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need for your dining in experience. There is a breakfast area and a seperate dining room for more formal evenings.
Bedrooms
Five bedrooms, all with TVS and cable. The large master has a King Bed and leads to a beautiful twin vanity ensuite room with a large bathtub and a seperate shower. Two more bedrooms have queen beds with TVs and cable. Two other bedrooms have twin beds, one of them is Disney themed for the kids, the other is a calming sunset theme.
Games Room
The game room has a pool table, foosball table, electronic dart board and an arcade machine with many games.
Pool Deck Area
The pool and jacuzzi area has loungers, chairs and tables and leads out onto a large landscaped fully fenced in area. Great for kids to play in. The pool has colored lights making it beautiful in the evening.
