Wecome to Daleys Retreat a luxury four bedroom and 3 bathroom family villa with a south facing enlarged pool and spa, games room, plus many other features.
Location Description
Just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World Resort and other local attractions, Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is situated on the US27 and places you in the centre of all the vacation hot spots Central Florida has to offer. Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a gated community which adds that extra important security for you and your family.
The community has been built to a very high standard with pavements for that early morning jog!! Or you could just stroll down to the lake where you can either watch people fishing or have a go yourself.
Within a couple of minutes is Walmart a large super market for all your needs. The community is ideally situated for all Florida's excellent golf course.

Living Area
The living room has been tastefully designed in neutral colours with added earth colours to give it a homely feel. Due to the villa being south facing the living room is lovely and bright. You can access the pool through the patio door. For the football fanatics you can watch your own football team from the settee as we have Premier League Soccer direct to the living room TV, plus hundreds of TV channels to flick through. There is plenty of seating throughout the house for every one.
The second living area is the den, ideal for the family as it gives you more space. It is decorated in neutral tones with an accent of deep red. Ideal for when you need peace and quiet to put your feet up on the cosy sofa and watch a favourite DVD or for the kids to play in.
The den has a computer with internet access so you can check your bags in on line or browse to your hearts content.
There is a play station 2 for the children to play on with games like spider man 3 and Shrek for the younger ones.
Kitchen
In typical American style the villa is designed around the Great room with the kitchen overlooking the living room. Great for talking and knowing where the children are. The nice big American freezer is ideal for the Bud and wine, or for the soft drinks there is ice cold water and ice cubes from the door. There is also a large dishwasher for the man in the house!!
A CD and radio is there to use, which can be moved anywhere in the house. On arrival there will be a phone card for your use to phone home and let everyone know you have arrived safely.
You will find an information rack with leaflets from all the theme parks, shopping malls and other attractions.
There is a large washing machine and dryer in the utility room.
Dining Area
The dining room is bright and airy and situated by the kitchen for easy access. The dining room table can easily seat 8 people.
Bedrooms
Master bedroom one has been tastefully decorated in neutral tones with a touch of teal. There is a KING size bed, this is an American king size which is the next size up from the UK king size, easy to get lost in. Master bedroom one has rich dark wood furniture with plenty of space for all your clothes, plus you also have a walk in wardrobe for the ladies and their shoes.
There is a cable TV in the bedroom.
There are two easy chairs to relax in and have your morning coffee, or to have 5 minutes and read a good book. You can go straight from the bedroom out to the pool.
The en suite has his and her sinks. A large walk in shower, plus a nice big tub for soaking in.
You will be fighting over who has which bedroom as the second bedroom is just as beautiful, decorated with neutral colours it has a serene feel to it. You can take it easy in the king size bed and watch your own TV. There are two comfortable chairs where you can relax with a good read and a glass of wine. There is plenty of space for your clothes in the bedside tables and dresser, plus a walk in wardrobe that is big enough to get changed in.
The en suite has a large walk in shower.
The Mickey and Minnie twin bedroom has been designed with a more contemporary feel to it.
There is plenty of space to put the clothes with built-in wardrobes, bedside cabinet and dresser. The children can watch the Mickey Mouse LCD TV while lying in bed.
Come and join Winnie the Pooh and his friends from the Hundred Acre Wood, in this wonderful twin bedroom. There is a Winnie the Pooh TV and DVD for the younger children to watch. There is plenty of space for all their clothes with bedside table, a chest of drawers and built in wardrobes.
The third bathroom is between the twin rooms and has a bath with shower.
There are hairdyers in all 3 bathrooms. Towels are supplied free.
Games Room
Come and join Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy, all hand drawn by our daughter Kate, in our games room. The full size pool table is great for the family. There is a full size air hockey table with its own scoring machine that you can attach an ipod to for playing music.
There is an LCD TV on the wall, you can watch the music channel when playing pool.
For our little ones there is a table and chairs where they can sit and play with Mr Potato Head. There are games for all the family including monopoly, twister and cludeo, if you get time to play them.
Pool Deck Area
The extended south facing pool is ideal for all the family to enjoy.
There is a safety fence to go around the pool to protect the children.
The front and rear garden has been landscaped with tropical plants and is not overlooked by the neighbours behind you.
Relax under the lanai, a covered area with a ceiling fan to keep you cool in the Florida sunshine. In the morning enjoy breakfast by the pool.
For the adults there is a lovely spa to rest in either during the day or at night when the pool and spa are lit up with soft coloured lights.
There are extra lights in the pool area and spotlights under the palms so you can watch the children swimming at night.
If you love to sun-bathe there are sun lounges and with our south facing extended decking you can have the sunshine all day long.
