Our villa is located in Kissimmee, Florida and is ideally situated approx. 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World, 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport and within easy reach of all major attractions.

Cable TV. and Stereo Hi-fi are installed for your entertainment. along with a Play station 2 + games and a Computer equipped with DVD recorder and Media Card reader. For the musician in the party, we even have a full size electronic organ in the dining area!

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen includes cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal etc. There is also a utility closet with large capacity automatic washer and tumble dryer. All bed linen and towels etc. are provided for you.

Dining Area

Beautifully furnished dining area and for any musicians in the party, we even have a full size electronic organ for music while you dine!

Bedrooms

Four spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, will accommodate up to 10 guests ( 8 in 4 bedrooms plus 2 on sofa-bed downstairs). All bedrooms have TV or TV. / Video combinations.

Pool Deck Area

The house is fully air conditioned and patio doors at the rear of the property lead to an enclosed 30 x 15 foot solar heated swimming pool.( Electric pool heating available at extra cost)

Amenities

For the convenience of guests with young children, we have also installed a cot, highchair and buggy at the house. There is no extra charge for these items.
