The Villa is located in Cypress Lakes which is in Kissimmee, it is set in a quiet cul de sac location 15 minutes from Disney and Sea World, 20 mins to Universal and 10 minutes from Orlando International airport

Living Area
The living area has a 42 inch TV, with a large leather reclining settee, cable TV, Wi Fi access, DVD player and a playstation.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equiped with cooker, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge freezer with the breakfast table overlooking the pool. The utility room has everything you need from a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities
Dining Area
There is a large dining area with dining table and chairs one end and a lounge area at the other to relax in after your evening meal.
Bedrooms
The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms, the master has an ensuite with walk dressing area and shower room, the 2nd bedroom has a double bed and the third has twin beds, with built in wardrobes and televisions, and a family bathroom.
Games Room
There is a fantasic slate pool table in the games room
Pool Deck Area
The heated pool is completely private and south facing, we are one of the few villas which are not overlooked by anyone as we are surrounded by idyllic gardens, and have stunning views over the lake, with plently of furniture to lounge around on and enjoy the view, it also has pool lights for evening swims.
