A 5 bedroom home on one of Orlando's premier developments, the beautiful Cumbrian Lakes, with a fantastic view from the south facing pool deck and master suite balcony.
Location Description
The beautiful Cumbrian Lakes subdivision in Kissimmee is only minutes away from Disney, Universal, Seaworld and several Golf Courses.

Living Area
Leading from the deck into the family room, there is a 42" Panasonic Plasma HDTV and Panasonic Home Theatre, HD digital and cable channels.
The lounge is an ideal place for playing board games with the family, doing jigsaws, gaming at the Playstation2 or just relaxing,
Kitchen
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, blender, sandwich toaster, along with all the utensil and crockery needed for your stay.
Dining Area
There's a formal dining table in the nook with six place settings, along with a high chair, and 3 further seats at the breakfast bar.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a king size bed, tv, ceiling fan and the master ensuite with WC, shower cubicle, garden bath, his & hers vanities and 2 walk in closets.
Leading from the master bedroom via sliding doors is the balcony an ideal place to catch the sunset with a drink or to see the hot air balloons sailing by early in the morning.
There are two further bedrooms on the upper floor, a Harry Potter themed twin and a double, separated by a bathroom, with two more bedrooms on the lower floor, a bedroom with a full and twin, and a queen bedroom separated by a bathroom.
Games Room
The games room equipped with a table and seating, card games, cd/stereo, cable TV and newly installed 8 foot slate bed pool table and a foosball table.
Pool Deck Area
With a name meaning lake view there's only one place to start, the screened pool deck is south facing with the great view of the lake and conservation area, meaning no rear neighbours to disturb you privacy.
There are also a range of seating and sunloungers to maximise your comfort whilst relaxing around the pool and a convenient WC accessed directly from the deck without having to enter the villa.
To ensure the safety of our younger guests the deck also has a newly installed 4 foot high child safety fence allowing the pool to be screened off from the lania area.
Amenities
The laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The villa is fully air conditioned, comes with all linens and towels and hairdryers in the bathrooms.
The telephone has free local, USA and Canada calls.
