Living Area

The living area features an elegant open plan sitting room and dining area with formal dining for 6. Arches lead through to the kichen, nook and family room, the latter with comfortable leather sofa and armchairs, 42" TV with cable, DVD and Playstation.

Kitchen

A fully fitted kitchen with maple units, large refigerator/freezer with drinks and ice dispensers, microwave, dishwasher and range cooker, with all you need for a quick snack or dining for your entire party. The nook area has breakfast table and charis, plus breakfast bar and stools. Sliding doors lead out to the covered lanai and pool deck. A separate utility room has large American style washer and dryer.

Dining Area

There are three seperate dining areas in the villa; formal dining in the sitting/dining area, plus dining in the kitchen/nook and table and chairs for al fresco dining on the pool deck.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms are upstairs, with 3 master/double bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities, plus two twin rooms sharing the 4th bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TV.

Games Room

The games room features pool table, air hockey, table football and electronic darts.

Pool Deck Area

A luxurious fully-screened 30'x15' pool and spa (withy optional heating) awaits you at the start of the day, after a day sight-seeing or at the theme parks, or for a lazy day by the pool. A safefy fence is provided for your children's security. The pool deck with loungers, table and chairs backs onto conservation area with views of trees countyside and water features. A covered lanai provides shade and the pool faces west with views of the glorious Florida sunsets. A barbeque is available on request.

Watersong Resort is set in a peaceful location surrounded by peaceful woodland and water conservation areas. It is a gated community featuring a staffed gatehouse.

On site facilities at WaterSong include an elegant, spacious 6,700sqft clubhouse which encompasses a cyber café for all your internet needs, an entertaining games arcade, a fitness centre, sundry shop, an on-site shop selling beverages and snacks and a large inviting gathering room. Moreover, it is equipped with many outdoor activities so you can have fun in the sun! Enjoy the large swimming pool and spa, picnic area, children’s playground, putting green and volleyball courts.

The rates above are per night and are fully inclusive. Pool heat is optional and is charged at £110/$199 per week, if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £55/$99. For bookings of 21 days or more we will be happy to offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. A security deposit of £200/$380 is due along with the final balance 10 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.

Note all sterling prices are based on an exchange rate of 1.8 $/£. Sterling prices may be adjusted by the actual exchange rate at the time of booking.
