Location Description

Cinnamon villa is situated in a charming community with homes and recreation carefully placed amid nature preserves spanning thousands of acres. Rotonda is an area that totally caters for many interests and pursuits on Florida's Famous Gulf Coast.
With it's relaxed atmosphere and abundant wildlife, there is something for everyone, from the four renowned golf courses on your doorstep, to the white sandy beaches that make this region so famous.
The beaches are easily accessible yet quiet & remote enough to attract lots of bird life, dolphins, turtles and other wildlife. There are no big crowds, just plenty of white sand with wonderful shells being lapped by gentle waves.

The Family Room houses the cable 32" TV, DVD/ VCR player, Microsoft Xbox, CD HIFI, and the telephone. It has a 3 seat and 2 seat settee end table and a coffee table. Sliding doors lead to the lanai and the pool.

Open plan tiled kitchen overlooking the family room. The kitchen has many base and upper cabinets. Corian worktops and breakfast bar with 4 stools and a kitchen table with 4 seats. Integral sink, waste disposal, dishwasher, cooker with a ceramic hob and a microwave oven. Large fridge freezer with an ice maker.
All the utensils and cooking equipment that you would expect are provided to enable you to cook everything from toast to a full Thanksgiving roast.

Walk-in wardrobe giving ample space to hang clothes. Large sliding patio doors opening out on the pool area.
The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower. 2 basins with cabinets under, over sink mirrors with wall lights, hairdryer and a separate toilet for privacy.
Luxurious carpet in the bedroom and tiled in the bathroom.

A double bedroom comprising of built in wardrobe, double bed, 2 nightstands and lamps, clock radio, hairdryer ,large dresser with mirror and ceiling fan.

Overlooking a fresh water canal, our lanai and oversize deck area offer the best in Florida living. The 50ft lanai has a dining table, 6 chairs and gas BBQ for dining alfresco. The pool deck is furnished with 6 sun loungers and is home to the 26 ft swimming pool with "baby guard". The pool is electrically heated to ensure all-year round swimming. Pool toys are provided to keep the big kid in you happy.

required to complete a Booking Form (obtainable from the website or by email and post).

The completed Booking Form should then be sent together with your initial 20% deposit, your

booking will be held for 3 days until your deposit is received.
