Chatty’s Dream, built in late 2004 is a 4 bed, 3 bath home in Clermont, just 10 miles from the Disney exit on Rt 192. The villa was design and built with you the vacationer in mind. Enjoy the parks, then relax in this lovely home in Mission Park, a gated community on Rt 27, just three miles from a super Wal-Mart. Nice sidewalks for daily walks. Living Area

This 1700 sq. ft. villa has an open floor plan with lots of room for everyone. Layout offers opportunity for some to rest while others play pool, swim or watch tv. WI-FI wireless access. Full entertainment center has cable TV-DVD and VCR plus stereo radio/ cd player. Ceiling fans in all rooms and all bedrooms have their own tv. Third bathroom is full size bath with shower and tub. All bedrooms have bureau's, closets and tv's.
Laptop friendly-Wireless Internet works in villa, game room and pool area.

Large private 15 x 30 south facing enclosed pool and spa is the perfect way to end a day or to spend a day. Pool area is surrounded by nice Florida palm trees and flowers. Deck has an assortment of comfy cushion chairs and lounges as well as a table with an overhead light & fan in the covered lanai to cool you down in the summer. All exit doors have child safety buzzers.

Other Rental Charges Information

Cleaning fee of $80 assessed for rentals for less than 7 days. Pool /spa heat is an optional charge of $25 per day and is recommended for all months except May-June-July and Sept. Damage deposit fee of $200 is required. Fee is refunded within 10 days of visit if villa is properly cared for. This is important to us as this is our vacation home as well. We visit the villa 2-3 times per year. We accept personal checks, bank checks, money orders as well as Visa and Mastercharge.
