Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath luxury villa situated in gated community of High Grove. Furnished to a deluxe standard with own private pool/spa. Superb location and fully equipped.
Location Description
Situated in the Mediterranean styled gated community of High Grove, one of Florida's newest and most prestigious holiday developments.
Ideally located on the US 27 and just minutes from the Interstate 4 and the western end of the US 192, you will have easy access to all of Orlando's main travelling routes.
Walt Disney World can be reached in just 10 minutes, and the majority of the main attractions such as Universal, Seaworld, and International drive with its numerous attractions; can be reached in around 30 minutes. There are several quality golf courses just minutes away by car which cater for every level of golfer including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and ChampionsGate, plus over 20 more within a 20 mile radius.
You will be within minutes of all the essential amenities including a bank, petrol station, Publix supermarket, Super Wal-Mart, and a variety of shops, diners, bars and restaurants.

Living Area
The Family room contains luxurious leather sofas and chair, allowing the whole family to sit down together at the end each action packed day.
Patio doors allow direct access out onto the pool deck as well as letting in plenty of sunlight and providing a great view. As a safety precaution should young children be staying at the villa, all doors out onto the pool deck are alarmed.
To help keep everyone entertained you will find a large screen digital cable TV, DVD and Video player and a CD player.
Kitchen
The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, automatic ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is a large breakfast bar with enough seating for two people.
Should you wish to do any laundry, we have a large capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. All bed linen and towels are provided for your needs.
Dining Area
Adjoining the Kitchen is the dining area, which has a large wooden topped table and six chairs. It is ideal for both formal and casual meals. A large window lets in plenty of natural light into this section of the villa.
Bedrooms
The villa contains four large bedrooms allowing up to 10 adults to sleep comfortably.
Two of the bedrooms are Master suites and two are Twin rooms. If you still need to squeeze in a couple more people, there is a Queen sized sofa bed located in the Family Room.
The two Master Suites each have a fantastic King sized bed and a luxury en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in Shower and large vanity mirrors. Each room also has cable TV and a spacious walk-in closet which provides ample storage space. As a final touch of elegance both master suites have their own doorway out onto the pool deck, the second master suite being via its bathroom. One of the Master suites also houses a fire proof electronic safe.
Games Room
To add to your enjoyment we have taken the step of converting our large two car garage into a fantastic Games Room.
The room features arcade quality games including air hockey, pool and table football.
Pool Deck Area
Our villa has its own private 14 by 26 foot pool and spa.
The pool is surrounded by a large extended paved patio that includes a covered Lanai should you prefer to sit in the shade. It backs onto an open landscaped area and offers a good level of privacy. It is furnished to the highest standard with chairs, BBQ, a table and sun beds, allowing you to lie back, relax and soak up the Florida sunshine while enjoying an alfresco lunch and drinks in the evening as the sun sets.
If you find the pool or spa is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March). The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in, and there are pool toys to keep the children entertained.
For additional peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa all the doors leading out onto the pool deck are alarmed.
The luxurious spa is a great way to relax and is able to accommodate up to four people at once. Not a bad way to discuss tomorrows adventures! The final feature of the pool area is the pool side bathroom which is accessible from the pool deck without the need to enter the villa.
