Our privately owned detached villa is located at Crescent Lakes, a residential community within easy reach of all major attractions. The community enjoys an enviable location that is both secluded and tranquil, yet close enough to all major attractions in Central Florida. A short drive will take you to one of the many golf courses in the local area.

Living Area
Family Room This beautiful room has 52” cable HDTV incorporating Dolby 5.1 surround sound, DVD and hi-fi. It is a very large room, open planned with the dining area and kitchen. The ceiling stretches to the roof enhancing the spaciousness.
2nd Living Area Ideal for kids Situated on the top floor is an additional living area. This area offers, 28” flat screen cable television, DVD player, PS2 Play station.
Kitchen
Kitchen Area Complete with fully fitted modern units, cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave oven etc.
Adjacent to the kitchen area is a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. There is also an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, clothes airer etc.

Master Bedroom
The upper floor Master Bedroom overlooks a beautiful Lake . It features a king-sized double bed, cable television, very large luxurious en-suite bathroom. There is a large walk-in closet providing ample storage .
Additional Master Bedrooms
2 further bedrooms are styled as masters, second being on the ground floor with cable TV and incorporating off-suite shower room, third master bedroom situated on the top floor, all with built in closets. Main bathroom is located on top floor.
Double Bedroom The first floor double bedroom includes a full sized bed, integrated closet and is beautifully appointed with white ash furniture.
Twin Bedrooms Incorporating 2 twin bedrooms, both being located adjacent to the other master bedrooms, making excellent family combinations.
Bunk Bedroom This bedroom incorporates stylish bunk combination, extremely large walk in closet, and features a high speed Broad Band connection with computer desk and chair (so bring along your lap top and plug in).
The Bathrooms - The house features three spacious bathrooms. The master bedroom has ensuite facilities which include a large corner bath (very luxurious with bubbles!), huge shower (you could even fit four or five in it!), his and hers wash basins and separate toilet.
The 2nd master bedroom situated on the ground floor has a private off-suite bathroom across the hallway which includes a large shower area, washbasin and separate toilet.
The third, first floor, bathroom is shared between the upstairs bedrooms and includes bath/shower, twin basins and toilet.
Games Room
The garage has been converted into a Games Rooms and includes an 8′ slate pool table with overhead lighting, air hockey table and table football (foseball) for you enjoyment.
Pool Deck Area
Our 30′ x 15′ pool and separate spa/jacuzzi overlooks the beautiful lake with great views. The large deck area has plenty of space for our luxury deep filled cushions on the sun loungers and chairs. There are also two large tables for eating outside. The pool is regularly maintained for your perfect enjoyment. Although in Florida the pool can be used all year round, heating is available at an extra cost during the Winter months, if required. There is also underwater seating and lighting. The views from the swimming pool are not to be missed with the beatiful birds, it is just so tranquil and relaxing whilst having a swim or a drink by the pool.
Amenities
In summary the villa, with nearly 2,600 sq ft of living space, is on two storeys. It has 7 bedrooms (3 being styled as master bedrooms), 3 bathrooms, kitchen, 2 dining areas, 2 family rooms, large private deck area incorporating a swimming pool and spa. The double integral garage has been converted into a games room with an 8′ slate pool table with overhead lighting, air hockey table and table football (foosball) for your enjoyment The 30′ x 15′ pool with a separate spa/jacuzzi is situated on a large decking area around it giving plenty of space for our luxury deep padded chairs and sun loungers provided. There are also two large tables for dining outside. From this area you can view the lake where there are lots of eagles, storks and other wildlife to watch. Its just so relaxing.
