Location Description

Beachcomber House is situated in Beachwalk Isles, a gated subdivision located in South Fort Myers. Fort Myers beach is just 5 miles away.

The beach at Fort Myers is long and sandy with a mixture of restaurants and quiet areas. The area is known for it's dolphin watching , turtle nesting (in season) and abundance of Shells. The nature reserves on the islands of Sanibel and Captiva are only 10 minutes drive away

Living Area

We have two living areas, a formal lounge at the front of the house and a family room at the back overlooking the pool area. We have Cable TV, DVD, VCR, Playstation 2, Telephone and a WiFi Internet connection

Kitchen

The Kitchen comes complete with a Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Hob and Oven (range) etc. The Laundry area includes, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer and Iron. All bed linen and towels are provided. Everything you will require to make you stay an enjoyable one.

Dining Area

There is a dining area in the formal lounge and another area in the kitchen. Most guests enjoy eating outside under the lanai.

Bedrooms

Beachcomber House has four bedrooms. The Master bedroom features a Queen bed with en-suite shower, separate bathtub and twin basins. There is also a large walk-in closet and cable TV. The second bedroom features a double bed, and bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are located with their own bathroom

Pool Deck Area

At the rear there is a heated pool (solar & electric heating) with a large screened deck area and views across the lake. There are plenty of sun loungers and a lanai with table and chairs. The pool area is south/south west facing.
