Location Description
Bay Leaf Villa is perfectly located in the leafy glades and wide boulevards of Windwood Bay, less than 8 miles from Disney and 5 minutes from
Champions Gate and exit 58 on the I4.
Windwood Bay community enjoys easy access for the parks, with walking and jogging trails to enjoy. There are nearby tennis courts, basketball courts, a tot lot and even beach volleyball.
Champions Gate is just over a mile away and has a supermarket for everyday essentials as well as several restaurants and take away stores. Not to mention the first class golfing facilities.

Living Area
Bay Leaf Villa has 3 family rooms:
The formal lounge is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. With its cosy sofa's and chair, why not just grab a book from our library and feel cosseted and pampered. The formal dining area will delight those who like to dine in style.
From here, walk through to the heart of the house: the family room, nook and kitchen. This is where everyone will navigate to in search of a top up for the wine, to catch up on the day’s event’s and plan for tomorrow, or just to chill out in front of the huge 52 inch TV.
The spacious family room has a new corner sectional sofa and chair to enjoy the HDTV in. There is also a DVD player and even a stereo system in the unlikely event that you can’t find something to watch from the 80 something channels!!
Upstairs there is yet another family room or Den with a corner sofa, coffee table, and occasional tables with lamps, cable TV, DVD, VCR, Stereo system and Wii Fit & Sports, PS2 and Xbox games consoles, all with games. This means the kids can chill out and play games while the adults make the most of the peace and quiet downstairs.
We now provide a laptop to use with our wireless internet or bring your own.
Kitchen
The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you can think of to either grab a quick snack or sit down to a banquet. The breakfast bar seats 3 and another 6 at the nook table means everyone can dine together if they wish.
Dining Area
We have 2 seating areas:
A formal dining area with a table and seating for 6 people plus a nook just off the kitchen with another table and seating for 6 people, there is also a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools.
Bedrooms
And so to bed and with so much choice here too you really are spoilt at Bay Leaf Villa.
There is a Master suite downstairs which is ideal for Grandparents or the less able. With a full en-suite bathroom that also has access to the lanai and deck, this bedroom has a Queen sized bed, nightstands, wardrobe, cable TV and alarm clock radio.
Upstairs to the King Suite and you really will say “WOW” when you open the double doors to this spectacular room. This room is huge, and the King sized bed is almost dwarfed by it. There is a cable TV and DVD player as well as beautiful furnishings and a calming colour scheme. With a walk in closet and separate bathroom you will be fighting over who gets this room.
The third Master suite has a Queen sized bed, cable TV with DVD and VCR, walk in closet and separate bathroom.
The Disney Princess themed Twin room has canopies over the beds and a Mickey Mouse TV/DVD, but we also have plain blue bedding for the boys.
The final Twin room can be converted into a king room, with brand new Nautica bedding in black & white for the twin beds and the king bed, a cable TV/DVD, large walk in closet and bathroom next door.
Games Room
Games room with a pool table, foosball table, yet another cable TV, darts board and table and chairs, you may have to bribe the kids to actually go out for the day.
Pool Deck Area
The highlight of Bay Leaf Villa is the oh-so-inviting 30x15ft crystal clear pool.
Fully screened, our extended deck looks out over lush conservation land. Relax and catch some sun on the luxury loungers or if the Florida sun is a little too much just retreat to the covered lanai where you can still enjoy the view and stay cool.
The large spa cries out to be enjoyed whilst sipping a cold beer or glass of wine.

All prices are fully inclusive of Tax, pool & spa heat, local, national & international telephone calls and wireless internet:
Low Season £825/$1395 per week
Mid Season £925/$1635 per week
High Season £995/$1775 per week
Peak Season £1095/$1895 per week
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking.
The final balance is due 9 weeks prior to the arrival date.
Refundable security deposit of £175/$275 is payable with the final balance.
Extra clean £80/$140
