The gulf beaches are approximately 15/20 minutes drive. Sarasota airport 15 minutes drive, Tampa 40 min, The theme parks of Orlando 90 min. Our villa is within a 5 min drive to tara golf and country club and just a short drive to all other golf courses

water fountains. It is heatable at an extra cost. The large covered
lanai (with ceiling fan) provides shade and has two tables and six
chairs. Four Sun loungers are also on the pooldeck

Notes to the rental rates:
PLEASE EMAIL FOR SPECIAL OFFERS
Minimum 7 nights duration. Prices include: cleaning after departure,
local taxes, water, electric, linens, towels, local/long distance phone calls and
1-800 numbers, ( beach towels, beach chairs are also provided)
Cots / Highchairs can be placed in the villa prior to arrival, a hire charge will apply. If you would like any further information on the villa, please kindly email me. SPECIAL OFFER RATES NOW AVAILABLE..PLEASE EMAIL FOR DETAILS.
A deposit of £100.00 ($185) per week of rental is due at the time of
booking. Balance required 8 weeks prior to departure. Full payment
is required if booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to departure.
A security deposit of £250.00 ($454) is required and this will be
fully refundable after your return date providing no damage has been
sustained. Payment accepted in UK Sterling and American Dollars
only.
Pool heating is an additional cost of £90 ($162) (recommended from
November through to April/May )
Long term renters are welcome - discounts would apply.
BABY / TODDLER COTS AND HIGH CHAIRS CAN BE RENTED AT EXTRA COST
