This exceptional vacation home features it's own private swimming pool, bubbling spa, 5/6 bedrooms mostly en-suite and fully fitted games room.

The community has a state of the art clubhouse (expected Easter 2007), surrounded by a large sparkling pool, splash area tot lot and sand volleyball court, features a cyber cafe and arcade

The home is conveniently located for all the attractions of central Florida. Disney World is 10 minutes away and SeaWorld and Universal Studios are 15 minutes away. The numerous resturants and attractions of highway 192 are 10 minutes away

Living Area

The living area has two settees and plenty of space. There is a large screen TV and a wonderful place to have a drink and relax after the excitment of the parks

Kitchen

Fully fitted kitchen to include everything you could want or imagine in a kitchen. All crockery, glassware and cultrey is also provided

Dining Area

There are 2 dining areas. 1 in the lounge area and 1 in the kitchen. These can confortably be used for formal (you wear a shirt) or casual (you dont) dining.

Bedrooms

There are 6 bedroom + a sofa bed in the living area. There are 4 double beds plus 2 twin rooms. 4 bedrooms are en-suite and all with tubs and showers

Games Room

Fully fitted with full size pool table, foosball table and air hockey table. There is also a stereo and PS2. The room is carpeted and air conditioned.

Pool Deck Area

The pool and deck are over sized and as big as you will get in a vacation home. There is a substantial amount of pool funiture to allow everyone to lounge out in the Florida sun. There is also a covered linai area to allow some welcome shade from the sun whilst still being outside

There will also be (expected Easter 2007) a fully fitted clubhouse on the site including; games room, gym, sauna, community pool, tiki bar, nature walk, beach vollyball court, professional tennis courts, jogging routes, internet access, wireless hotspot, childrens play areas and much much more
