The ChampionsGate development is just 3 miles drive away and here you will find a Publix Supermarket, McDonald's, Subway, a BP gas station, banking facilities and other retail outlets. There is also a Chinese takeaway and Italian, both of whom provide delivery to the Sandy Ridge area. Golfers will find 2 Greg Norman designed courses and a David Leadbetter Golf Academy at ChampionsGate. Even closer is the upscale resort of Reunion, home to 3 championship courses. This spacious VERY comfortable open plan room is exceptionally furnished and looks directly out onto the swimming pool and patio area via Patio doors. It comprises of one large sleep sofa, corner suite (double bed for the 9th & 10th guest), incorporating 2 recliners, and 1 separate reclining chair, 60” HD TV with FiOS Cable 500+ channels. DVD player and 100+ films. Coffee table and end tables. Telephone with FREE local, Canada & USA calls, table lamps. For the children, a Playstation 3 with games. Various board games. One of the reasons our repeat guests come back, is because they enjoyed our luxurious corner suite and 60” TV & entertainment system so much. There is a ceilng fan for those times when the A/C is too cool

No arguing who gets the master room, you can both have one! Two master suites, both with en-suite facilities, ideal for 2 families with built-in closets. Games Room

For all the children in the family big and small, there is a games room located within the double garage area. This includes a reversible Pool / Air Hockey table, Foosball, Darts and Dart Board, CD player & Discs. Ceiling fan for your comfort. Table and 6 chairs.

Pool Deck Area

This villa has a heated swimming pool and separate raised Jacuzzi. Larger than average pool area. The pool is positioned at the rear of the villa overlooking the lake where can amuse yourself watching the amazing wildlife. The sun is in the pool area for most of the day. The patio has upgraded luxury furniture for your pleasure, including sun loungers, drinks tables, patio table, chairs and parasol. The pool area leads straight into the family room. The pool and patio area is fully screened with a Lanai, a fine nylon mesh to keep out unwanted visitors. For your privacy, there is “Florida glass”, an opaque netting to both sides, lower panel of the Lanai. For your children’s safety, there is a removable safety fence and pool door alarm so there is no escape for your little ones. A ceiling fan for a cool breeze, and pool lights for that late night dip. Make good use of the retractable washing line.
