Welcome to our Luxury Florida Villa with 30ft private pool. Situated less than 10mins to Disney and 25mins to Universal we are perfectly located for your dream holiday.
Location Description
Welcome to our luxury Florida Villa that is set at the head of a quiet residential estate and has a private, fully screened 30ft pool (heating available) with a comfortably furnished pool deck.
The villa is air-conditioned and equipped to make your stay with us relaxed and enjoyable, including free WIFI. It comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, family room, dining room and an extensive kitchen with breakfast nook and breakfast bar.
Centrally located for your dream holiday the villa is situated just 2 minutes from the I4/US27 (junction 55). This perfect location means that Disney, Celebration, the 192 and Old Town can be reached in 10 minutes. Seaworld, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, the new Harry Potter Theme park and I-Drive are less than a 25 minute drive. Plus the new Legoland Theme Park at Winter Haven is only 20 minuets away!!
With such close proximity to the I4 Tampa and Busch Gardens can be reached in less than an hour. Also the East coast (Cocoa Beach, Daytona, Kennedy Space Centre) is only an hour and a half to drive to.
If golf is your thing then the villa is perfect for you. With the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate golf course only minutes away and 12 other courses within a 10 mile radius there is something to challenge everyone.
Davenport is one of the fastest developing retail and leisure areas in Central Florida and the villa’s location has gas stations, supermarkets, restaurants, take away food plus banks and pharmacies within easy reach. There is even a new retail outlet area less than 5 mins away (Posner Park).

Living Area
The Family Room is furnished to a high standard, with an oversized 3 seater sofa, plus an additional 2 seater sofa. The 3 seater also converts to a king size bed to allow for additional guests.
This is the perfect room to relax in, featuring a 42" Plasma TV with DVD player and cable. The entertainment doesn’t stop there as the room also has a premium quality entertainment system.
From the family room you can look over the pool area or exit through the patio doors that lead out to the Lanai. These doors have a pool alarm fitted for safety.
Kitchen
Prepare the perfect meal in ideal surroundings.
The fully equipped kitchen comprises of:
Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer with ice machine, toaster, coffee maker, garbage disposal, double sink, breakfast area, serving Bar, cooking utensils, and a blender for your Cocktails!
The kitchen overlooks the dining area.
Dining Area
The Dining Room has an oval oak table, which is over looked by the serving area of the Kitchen.
All place settings are available in the Villa to allow you to while away the evening in pampered style.
Bedrooms
The large Master bedroom has the added luxury of an en-suite bathroom, which encompasses an over sized bath, walk-in shower, and a door to the Pool area. The room has a King sized bed, large oak dressing table and mirror. Television, CD-Radio, alarm clock and for extra comfort a ceiling fan. Plus a walk-in closet to store all your new purchases!
Other Bedrooms
After the Master bedroom there are 3 further bedrooms, 2 Double Bedrooms, 1 Twin Room.
All include the following features:
Ceiling Fans (in addition to air-con), Cable Television, CD-Radio, Alarm Clocks, Mirrors, Closets, Reading Lamps, Extra bedding and Pillows if required.
Games Room
Although we don't feature a dedicated games room there is a Play Station with games in the Children’s bedroom.
There is a wide screen TV in the lounge/family room with DVD player and a music centre that will allow you to hook up your IPOD.
All bedrooms feature a TV, DVD player and CD player.
And above all there is the 30ft private pool outside that provides the best fun of all!
Pool Deck Area
The fully screened pool area is fully equipped to make your stay as relaxing as possible. The extensive pool deck has a full range of furniture including table/chairs, sun loungers and sun chairs to allow you to soak up those beautiful Florida rays! The screening area also features privacy screening on the lower half.
The 30ft pool is fitted with a solar blanket to environmentally help maintain the warmth of the pool. Additionally during cooler periods the pool can be heated if required (at additional cost).
So whatever your day brings, be it a round of golf, a hard days shopping or a day in the theme parks you can savour the thought that the pool is there to relax by in the evening
